Emotional Focus: We support lonely people with regular home visits, meaningful conversations, regular gatherings over meals, coffee, & Tea.

Economic Focus: We support the training of young people for the marketplace and provide opportunities for Job creation so that youth from marginalized backgrounds in developing or underdeveloped nations can improve their lives and means of sustenance and still have the chance to use their business to bring light to others.

Social Focus: We help Orphans, Widows, Victims of Persecution, Street Kids, Prostitutes, Refugees, Prisoners, and people in daring circumstances with Practical and diaconal support like food distribution, clothing, and hospitality where needed.

 

 

Our Objectives: - 

 

1. Responding to people's mental, economic, and social needs in the broadest sense of the word with diaconal activities

2. Providing a safe place for people who suffer and go through life without the hope of healing, growing, and thriving. This means providing support that helps them overcome, forgive, heal emotional wounds, find all forms of abuse, hope, and real value, grow personally, forge healthy bonds, and thrive in ways they might never have imagined.

3. Supporting marginalized people and Victims of persecution and discrimination who are financially or socially disadvantaged by providing skills training, material, and financial assistance

 

 Activities to achieve the stated goals.

 

1. Organizing periodic meetings to stimulate a multicultural community that fosters diversity, care, and inclusion. 

2. Organization of Practical Activities and events such as:

• Organizing, attending, speaking, and facilitating training, conferences, seminars, workshops, concerts, and talk shows to show and share love and offer hope 

 

•  Consulting with other organizations with similar objectives 

 

  3. Organizing Practical activities, such as: 

 

•  Visiting lonely people, homeless people, and  refugees to provide emotional support

• Collaborate with various social relief projects with similar objectives.

•  Providing ongoing counseling, coaching, mentoring, and debriefing to individuals and groups that approach us with a desire to heal, grow, and flourish

• Practical Support for people who have no means of livelihood and Skill discipleship training for unemployed youth through the establishment of educational facilities, Flea Market, hospitality for Orphans, and the establishment of a food and clothing Bank

• Collaborate with various social and aid projects and other organizations with similar goals.

 

Organizational Structure

1. The board consists of a chairman, a treasurer, a secretary, and one board member.

2. Activities:
    

   • They perform the following foundation activities: These consist of:

   • Contacts with Collaborating Organizations

   • Planning and facilitating Fundraising activities

   • Organizing gatherings, training, coaching, conferences, retreats, workshops, and outreach activities

   • Monitoring the operational state of affairs and Financial reporting

   • The foundation's funds: The Foundation raises funds through sponsorship, donations, gifts, subsidies, contributions, and fundraising activities. This is done personally through personal contacts, individual conversations, letters, emails, telephone, and social media. Individuals and companies/organizations can contribute financially to a particular project or allow the Foundation to choose the project goal.

   • Assets: Assets are spent on the objectives of Stichting Haven Of Treasures. The foundation does not aim to make a profit. The foundation will only hold assets necessary for the continuity and expansion of its objective.

   • Cash: Cash is only held in a current account for daily diaconal activities. Long-term obligations are taken into account when determining the money to be expended.

   • Policy plan: The foundation aims to respond to the grim reality of mental and material poverty. We pay great attention to organizations' financing skills training schools to create employment opportunities in remote areas. Great emphasis is placed on the social aspect of our work, such as establishing educational facilities, providing schooling and Hospitality for Orphans, and establishing a Logistics hub for food and clothing distribution for poor people and those fleeing persecution.

   • Employees: The Stichting Haven Of Treasures has no paid employees. The board members and volunteers carry out activities and will continue to use volunteers for support.

   • Remuneration policy: No salaries are paid for work performed; however, costs incurred in operating activities are reimbursed.

   • ANBI: The requirements of the ANBI (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling) were considered when drawing up this policy plan. Organizations and individuals can deduct donations from taxes, and the foundation is exempt from paying taxes on contributions and gifts.
